Stephen H. Cagle, Jr. Joins Winstead’s Business Litigation Practice Group

HOUSTON, Aug. 17, 2017, — Senior litigation attorney, Stephen H. Cagle, Jr. has joined Winstead's Business Litigation Practice Group as a Shareholder in the Houston office.  His practice focus is complex business litigation with an emphasis on construction and contract disputes.

Steve represents a wide range of clients from the real estate, construction, healthcare, transportation and technology industries. He has represented clients in matters involving stock fraud, intellectual property, personal injury, partnership disputes and real estate transactions.

“Steve’s arrival adds great depth to our Business Litigation Practice,” noted Houston Managing Shareholder Tom Van Arsdel. “In addition to his deep understanding of the real estate and construction industries, his broad trial experience in those areas enables him to establish creative and economical solutions for our clients’ business challenges.”

Steve received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2004.  He previously practiced at Christian, Smith & Jewell LLP.

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.
