Amy Granoff is a member of Winstead’s Finance & Lending Practice Group. She focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, borrowers and issuers in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial lending and other finance transactions.

- Representation of lead agents, arrangers, lenders and borrowers in various industries in connection with a broad range of secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions including syndicated financings, revolving credit facilities, term loans, letters of credit, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, MLP financings, oil and gas reserve-based financings, subscription secured real estate financings, multi-currency financings, first and second lien facilities, intercreditor and subordination arrangements, and hedging transactions
- Representation of borrowers and lenders in bilateral corporate financings and general contract matters
- Representation of debtors and creditors in loan workouts and restructurings, and debtor-in-possession and exit facilities
