Winstead PC is pleased to announce that Michael Bailey has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Financial Services Industry Group in the firm’s Dallas office.
Bailey regularly represents borrowers and lenders in connection with asset-based loans, cash-flow based loans (both syndicated and bilateral), first-lien/second-lien financings, real estate loans, acquisition financings (for both strategic and financial buyers), and workouts of distressed loans under a variety of structures. He also assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of debt instruments on the secondary market. His clients include money-center banks, regional banks, finance companies and private investment funds.

Bailey has closed transactions for companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer/retail, energy, financial services, healthcare and media/telecommunications. His representative transactions include both cross–border and domestic deals.
