HOUSTON, TX—Winstead PC, a leading national law firm, announced today that Caleb Trotter, Ben Gehlbach, Zeena Angadicheril and Suzanne Reynolds have joined the firm’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Caleb joins as a Shareholder while Ben, Suzanne and Zeena are Counsel. Caleb and Ben will be based in the firm’s Houston office, Zeena will be based in Austin and Suzanne is located in Charlotte.

Caleb Trotter
Caleb’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of clients in connection with the leasing, financing, acquisition, disposition and development of both unimproved and improved real property.
A primary focus of his practice is representing institutional landlords in connection with their industrial and office leasing and asset management needs. Another focus is representing both institutional and private lenders, with an emphasis on construction loans and horizontal development. Caleb also represents both land owners and operators in the data center and crypto-mining space.
Caleb leverages his broad real estate practice with a collaborative, practical and “get to yes” approach.
Caleb graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. and he earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
Zeena Angadicheril
Zeena is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group, the Higher Education Industry Group and Sports Business & Media Industry Group.
She returns to Winstead having worked as in-house counsel at The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas System. She has extensive experience in a broad range of complex business matters, with a particular emphasis on laws affecting public universities. Zeena has counseled public and private sector clients on transactions and disputes related to real estate finance and development, commercial leasing, NCAA compliance, data protection and privacy, research integrity, student affairs, procurement and health care.
Zeena earned her B.A. and J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Ben Gehlbach
Ben is experienced in all facets of sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopment, finance, industrial, retail and office leasing, and corporate formation.
He represented one of the largest school districts in New Jersey in the negotiation of various acquisitions, dispositions and long-term leases, including a build-to-suit, state-of-the-art technical high school serving underrepresented communities.
Ben earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
Suzanne Reynolds
Suzanne represents a variety of landlord and tenant clients in the drafting and negotiation of leases and related documents.
Suzanne has managed all aspects of leasing for Real Estate Investment Trusts with portfolios including multi-tenant retail shopping centers, single tenant retail properties and office buildings.
She also managed the real estate portfolio for an equipment rental company with over 700 profit centers in the United States and Canada, as well as the real estate portfolio for a 1700-store apparel retailer.
Suzanne also acted as legal counsel for the real estate and facilities teams of a 7400-store national discount retailer.
Suzanne graduated with her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina Law School.
