FORT WORTH, TX., May 30, 2024 – Winstead PC, a leading Texas-based law firm serving clients across the country, announced that Andrew Rosell, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Investment Management & Private Funds Industry Group and Co-Chair of the Business & Transactions Department, has been named to Fort Worth Inc. Magazine’s 2024 list of the 400 Most Influential People.

Andrew has a diverse corporate and securities practice representing private investment fund managers, wealth managers, mutual fund managers, family offices, and public and private companies engaged in strategic transactions. He primarily focuses on representing registered investment advisers in all aspects of their business, including formation and structuring, regulatory compliance, strategic financial arrangements, strategic mergers and acquisitions, investment portfolio transactions, due diligence, fund formation and liquidation, and business cessation.

Andrew also has significant industry experience beyond investment management. He regularly represents and works with oil & gas, insurance, and healthcare companies.
