Daniel Box is a member of Winstead’s Zoning & Land Use and Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Groups. His practice involves representing developers and landowners in zoning and land use matters including, but not limited to, applications for variances, special exception appeals, zoning amendments, and alley vacations, before municipalities and other governmental entities.
Daniel’s experience also includes defending clients in building court against alleged code violations. He also advises developers and landowners, with regard to sign regulations, entitlements, building permits, and easements.
