Elizabeth Holland is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group where she represents developers, investors, and corporate clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing.

Elizabeth has extensive experience handling multi-million-dollar transactions involving office buildings, retail and lifestyle centers, industrial properties, medical facilities, and single-family rental portfolios. She is committed to providing strategic and practical counsel to help clients navigate complex real estate matters efficiently and effectively.

Representative Experience

  • Assisted in the representation of client in the sale of a single-family rental portfolio with more than 1,000 residential properties worth approximately $300 million
  • Assisted in the representation of client in the acquisition of a 1,500 acre assemblage of raw land with for development of a data center
  • Assisted in the representation of client in the acquisition of numerous industrial properties with purchase prices ranging from $20 million to $55 million
  • Assisted in the representation of client in the acquisition of approximately 363 acres of raw land for the development of a private golf course

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
