Caleb D. Trotter is a deal maker, representing clients in a variety of industries on a wide range of real estate transactions from raw land development and construction financing, to leasing, asset management, and disposition. He leverages his broad real estate experience with a collaborative, responsive, and knowledgeable approach to bring tremendous value to each project and to get the deal done.

A primary focus of his practice is representing developers in connection with ground-up development of industrial, retail, office, and data center projects, as well as portfolio-level leasing and asset management for institutional landlords across all product types. Caleb has also represented both banks and private lenders, with an emphasis on construction loans and horizontal development.

As the need for data centers has surged in recent years, Caleb’s practice has also evolved to include the representation of land owners, developers, and operators in this emerging market.  This work includes projects for data storage, Artificial Intelligence, data/cryptocurrency mining and other operations dependent on high-volume energy consumption.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
