Representative Experience

• Bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel, and bank counsel in connection with public and private offerings of tax exempt and taxable bonds for counties, cities, school districts, institutions of higher education, and utility districts
• Transaction structuring and documentation including drafting bond ordinances, purchase contracts, resolutions and other related documents for State and local governmental entities
• Research and interpretation of applicable state, federal tax and securities regulations including drafting disclosure documents
• Counsel to various governmental agencies, political subdivisions, and non-profit entities regarding general corporate matters and legislative and statutory issues including matters related to taxable and tax-exempt financings including contract matters and drafting legislation
