The Houston District Council of the Urban Land Institute recognized Winstead and Houston Shareholder Greg Erwin for his long-standing commitment to the organization and unwavering support for the Development of Distinction Awards, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.

Greg was also honored for his leadership roles to the Houston Council, including Houston District Council Chair from 2011 to 2013, Chair of the Governance Committee from 2014 to 2016, service to the Advisory Board, and current member of the Governance Committee.  As a founding member, Greg was essential to starting the Development of Distinction Awards, which recognizes developments and public open spaces that exemplify best practices in design, construction, economic viability, healthy places, marketing and management.

Houston District Council Chair Bill Odle remarked, “From the beginning, Greg had a vision and understanding of the regional importance for the ULI Development of Distinction Awards. Greg and Winstead’s support for the past ten years has raised the bar for real estate development locally and elevated the profile of Houston as a flourishing global city across the country.”

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
