Dakota is a member of Winstead’s Construction Practice Group. His practice includes construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, and contract drafting and negotiation.
Prior to private practice, Dakota externed for Justice E. Lee Gabriel at the Second Court of Appeals; interned for the Honorable Judge Jane J. Boyle at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas; and worked in-house for a large commercial construction and architecture firm. Dakota’s diverse background allows him to assist and advise clients through all phases of the construction process, including any post-litigation that may arise.
