As a member of Winstead's Finance & Lending Practice Group, Kadie represents regional banks, national banks, and other financial services institutions in connection with the planning, negotiation, and documentation of financing transactions. Kadie advises lenders on various types of commercial loans, including acquisition financings, secured and unsecured financings, single lender and syndicate lending, participations, debt workouts and restructures, complex intercreditor and subordination arrangements, and middle market and asset-based financings.

Kadie has extensive experience representing both borrowers and lenders in subscription line financings and insurance premium financings. She also has experience working specifically in the sports industry, representing professional teams in their general financing projects. Kadie enjoys giving presentations to those in the legal and finance industries on these topics as well as the ins and outs of loan, intercreditor, and forbearance agreements.

Outside of her practice, Kadie serves in civic and professional organizations and contributes to various programs throughout the community and the bar, including pro bono representation of the OMSLife Foundation.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
