Matthew Trent is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group. Matt represents financial institutions in connection with commercial lending transactions, including conventional construction and development lending, new markets tax credit financing arrangements and loans structured for securitization in the CMBS market.
Matt also regularly advises clients with respect to economic development matters, including the negotiation of real property tax incentives with state and local governments.
In addition, Matt represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in connection with commercial real estate transactions.
