Richard Leucht represents banks, financial institutions, corporate lenders, hedge and mezzanine funds and business associations in corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on first and second-lien, secured and unsecured, mezzanine and equity-backed transactions with complex intercreditor relationships. Richard’s experience includes both loan originations and the workout and restructuring of distressed debt both in and out of bankruptcy.
Although Richard’s practice spans multiple industries, including TMT, his primary area of focus is the energy sector. He has extensive experience in lending and capital market transactions involving oil and gas exploration and production, midstream and oil field services.
