DALLAS, May 8, 2018, — Chambers and Partners has again acknowledged Winstead PC for its reputation for delivering high level, client-focused legal services. The 2018 Chambers USA Guide (Chambers & Partners Publishing) ranked seven of Winstead's practice areas in bands 1-4 with real estate and construction ranked in band 1. Chambers also listed the firm’s banking and finance, energy: state regulatory & litigation (oil & gas), environment and insurance practices in Texas; and real estate: finance practice in North Carolina.

Chambers USA is published by Chambers and Partners, a premier guide to the legal profession. Each year, Chambers conducts in-depth research and interviews with clients and attorneys throughout the United States to identify the top lawyers in various practice areas. Law firms and individual lawyers are ranked in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best. Inclusion in Chambers USA is based completely on the research and peer interviews conducted and cannot be initiated by a firm or attorney.

“It is always an honor to know our attorneys and practices are held in high esteem by our clients and peers,” said Winstead CEO David Dawson. “More importantly this validates our commitment to deliver the highest caliber client service, and motivates us to raise that bar even higher.”

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
